What we do
We sit in on the operation. We also walk in as a customer, unannounced, and see what everyone else sees.
Most reviews happen in a boardroom, from a binder, with everyone on their best behaviour. That version of the business is not the one losing you money on a Tuesday afternoon. We look at the real one.

- Two secret-customer visits at different hours, scored against the same sheet
- A short written brief: how this place really runs, and a stop / start / keep list
One page you can hand to your people, not forty you will never read. If it earns a longer look afterwards, we will tell you. If it does not, we will tell you that too.
What we are not
We are not your accountant, your lawyer, or your engineer. We diagnose how the house runs. When the books, the building or the law need a specialist, we say so and point you to one.
We do not write reports that name individual staff. Owners get the picture; nobody gets ambushed. That is in the engagement letter, not just on a website.

Forty-five minutes, no charge. Tell us the last three times the place felt out of control. If it is a fit, we send a one-page scope and a fixed price. If it is not, we will say so.
